“You or yours” refers to yourself having entered your personal details onto the Website, and agreeing to use the Online Medical Consultation service.
“Website” means these associated web pages (under the Prescription2Home domain) which allow a medical consultation to be conducted online with a Registered GMC Doctor – for the purpose of seeking treatment for a specified potential medical condition.
The Online Medical Consultation service and the Website are provided by Fenix Health Ltd, trading as Prescription2Home.
Prescriptions are dispensed, and payment is taken, by Pharmacy2U Limited.
Declaration:
You declare that you wish to take part in the Prescription2Home Online Medical Consultation service.
Our Online Medical Consultation service is provided to you through online forms presented on the website by a fully registered UK GMC Doctor. All online consultations and prescribed treatment are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
We do not guarantee that an Online Medical Consultation made through the Website will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber.
You give your consent for information about yourself, your health and your current medications including, but not limited to, the information you divulge as part of the online consultation forms to be viewed and exchanged by and between our employees and medical professionals working for us for the purpose of conducting a medical consultation. You understand this information may be exchanged electronically.
You warrant and undertake that all information provided by you in the online consultation forms presented on the website is correct and true and that you have not withheld information that you believe may be relevant or useful in any way.
Use of our website is only available to adults of age 18 years and over.
All medicines prescribed will be based on the online consultation form completed by you. We take no liability for loss or damage arising from our service, or medication prescribed if you supply incorrect or incomplete information.
The contents of the Website are presented exclusively for those who access the Website from the UK. Your use of the Website and any purchase by you on the Website of any product is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of the Website. To the fullest extent permitted by the law we disclaim all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of the Website.
Prescription2Home and Pharmacy 2U Limited and their respective directors or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of the Website or its services, or any products supplied, except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Prescription2Home or Pharmacy 2U Limited and their respective directors or employees.
All content of the Website aims to facilitate professional medical advice. It is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers.
You should make sure that you carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use. If you have, or suspect you may have, a health problem you should consult a doctor. Please consult a doctor before taking any new product, particularly if you are already under medical care.
If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable then the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
All services provided by the Website and other Prescription2Home services are provided on a “best endeavours” basis. Consultations made on the Website will be forwarded to a Doctor as soon as possible. Due to the range of third party networks and technology used for transmission we are unable to guarantee a time of delivery of the consultation information for a Doctor’s attention, or absolutely guarantee that it will arrive at all.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state that in the supply of goods that cannot be used again there is no right to cancel. Once prescriptions have been approved by our doctors, and sent for dispensing, all services and products are personalised. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that you no longer wish to keep.
If you are concerned that products have been damaged in transit, or you have received products erroneously, please send us an email at feedback@prescription2home.co.uk or call us during working hours at 0845 519 8160. We will arrange for the products to be returned and replaced.

We are legally only able to dispense medicines to you where we have received a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber within the European Economic Area. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed complies with your local laws. Risk and title in the products will pass to you when they are despatched by us. Due to FDA regulations, it is our policy not to dispense prescriptions for supply to the USA. We will fulfil Your order by dispensing the valid prescription. Any charge made to You is a charge made for dispensing Your prescription and the charge will be made by us and Pharmacy2U will appear on your payment card statement
Pharmacy2U Limited and/or Prescription2Home are not responsible for failure of third party companies to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfilment of Pharmacy2U Limited’s and/or Prescription2Home obligations in dispensing that prescription.
You are responsible for providing valid credit or debit card details. We reserve the right to not deliver medicines to you if your payment details have expired or are invalid in any way.
We will attempt to contact you in such instances to enable you to provide updated information to allow us to dispense the prescription.
If your prescription medicines appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong or if you have any other customer service concerns then please contact us on 0845 803 9033. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products and/or deal with your query.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or cancellations of prescription products which you have decided you no longer wish to keep.
